**SMOA Board Meeting TUESDAY, April 8th, 2025 @ 5:00**

The SMOA Board of Directors attempts to meet at 5:00 PM the 2nd Tuesday of each month (except December) at the Madison Valley Rural Fire Station #3 Fish Hatchery Road. 

SMOA Board Meetings are open to the membership.  If you plan to attend, the following criteria is required if you would like a topic to be included on the agenda: You must notify SMOA via email a minimum of 5 days prior to the meeting with the following information:  

• Your Name, Lot # and/or Property Address 
• Detailed description of the item you want added to the Agenda  
• All items added to the agenda by SMOA members will be addressed at the end of the meeting during New Business  
• Joining via Zoom, all questions/comments must be submitted through the chat window and will be addressed at the end of the meeting.
• Any members in attendance will be allowed to comment or ask questions pertaining to the Meeting Agenda during New Business.  

Absolutely no disrespectful or confrontational behavior will be allowed at any time. ​  

Any members who disregard this policy will be asked to leave before the meeting will be resumed.
