**Next Meeting: Tuesday, April 14th @ 5:00 pm**

The SMOA Board of Directors attempt to meet at 5:00 PM the 2nd Tuesday of each month (except December) at the Madison Valley Rural Fire Station #3 Fish Hatchery Road. 

SMOA Board Meetings are open to the membership.  

If you plan to attend, the following criteria is required if you would like a topic to be included on the agenda: 

• You must notify SMOA via email within a minimum of 5 days prior to the meeting with the following information:  
• Your Name, Lot # and/or Property Address 
• Detailed description of the item you want added to the Agenda  
• All items added to the agenda by SMOA members will be addressed at the end of the meeting during New Business  
• Any members in attendance will be allowed to comment or ask questions pertaining to the Meeting Agenda during New Business.  

TO JOIN USING ZOOM: 

• YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR NAME & LOT # TO JOIN MEETING
• All questions/comments must be submitted through the chat window and will be addressed at the end of the meeting.

Absolutely no disrespectful or confrontational behavior will be allowed at any time. ​  

Any members who disregard this policy will be asked to leave before the meeting will be resumed.
