Effective 07/13/2025

A lock box board has been affixed to the Haypress Gate for SMOA property owner lock boxes only. All lock boxes must be clearly labeled with name and lot #.  Lock boxes have been provided for emergency services and SMOA Board members. 

County Roadwork

District 3, County Roadwork Division is scheduled to begin roadwork on Shining Mountains Loop Rd and Fish Hatchery Rd effective mid July.  Blading, rolling and application of Mag Chloride is do be completed as well as repairs at the first cattle guard on Shining Mountains Loop Rd.
